IMPORTANT NOTE:   SAME-DAY PICKUP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.   SELF-PICKUP ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP (at our Vendor's Warehouse on Timberlake Rd) 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER.    See our "About Us" page for additional special instructions for self-pickup orders.

PLACING YOUR ORDER: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. To place an order the fastest way is to use our website by placing items in your cart then checking out. Be sure to provide your accurate shipping address, email address and phone number.  If you have questions at any time during the process then emamil us at support@topbananaparts.com or call us at (877) 654-2287, M-F 9-4pm. If we don't answer then leave a detailed message.  We try to return all email and phone calls within 1 business day.   Self-pickup orders are not available for pickup at our vendor's warehouse until after 10am two business days after placing the order.  

DAMAGED ITEMS: All items are inspected and packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect merchandise BEFORE signing for it. You must thoroughly inspect all items on your shipment immediately upon their delivery.   If there is obvious shipping damage make a note on the bill of lading and REFUSE the shipment (You MUST make accurate notes on the BOL). We have no way of helping you, or us, recover monies without documentation of the damage. If you sign for an item without noting damage or potential damage (Distressed package) we will not be able to help you. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the packing list and the invoice. If you have questions about this policy please contact us at support@topbananaparts.com before ordering. For concealed damage contact the trucking company immediately to open a claim. After 30 days we can not issue refunds for damaged or defective items. 

We make every effort to make sure that you receive exactly what you order. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 day sof purchase. Should you receive a wrong item simply call us or email us at support@topbananaparts.com for a return pickup authorization and we’ll have the item picked up and get the correct part to you. For any other returns call us for authorization. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Returns must not be altered in any way and must be in the original condition for credit to be given. Freight charges for these returns are to be paid by the customer and the original freight charges will not be reimbursed. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Prior to sending your return back  you must contact us by either phone or email at support@topbananaparts.com to obtain return authorization.  Once you've coordinated with us about your return, please be sure your return includes your order number somewhere in the box, and send returns to Key Parts, 22290 Timberlake Rd, Unit C, Lynchburg VA 24502.

 If an item is on backorder we will notify you by e-mail and give you an estimated delivery date and allow you to decide if we hold the order for the item or cancel it. If the item is NOT due in from our manufacturer within the next 60 days we will automatically cancel the order (for that item) and notify you by e-mail.
