Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Will you price match other vendors?
A: We try to bring you the best parts we can but also offer a fair price. It is difficult to simply "Price Match" a competitor because there are different "Grades" of parts available. For example: Our emblems are made in the USA and should last as long as you own your classic car or truck. There are emblems and trim in the market made offshore that are less expensive. We'll give you a fair price on our part- but we wouldn't "Match" the price of a cheaper part.
